- All products are priced in Singapore dollars (SGD) and US dollars (USD).
- The prices of RISIS Online products do not include taxes and duties, delivery charges or any other additional charges (VAT, Goods And Services Tax (GST), etc) incurred at the destination’s country.
- All prices in SGD and USD are subjected to prevailing GST in Singapore.

- All orders are subjected to stock availability.
- All orders placed will be subjected to acceptance by RISIS. All orders will be reviewed and personally processed. If items that you have requested are not in stock, we will contact you via your contact number or by email.
- The receipt of an email order confirmation does not imply a confirmation of an order or sale.
- As all orders are subjected to credit authorization, approval by the issuing bank of your credit card and full payment.
- All sales shall not be concluded between you and RISIS until full payment is received.
- RISIS regrets that any cancellation after orders have been successfully processed will not be approved.

- You can check the status of your order and delivery by calling our RISIS Online Department at (65) 6742 0002 . Alternatively, you can email us at orders@risis.com.sg.
- When your order has been confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your order number for reference when you are checking the status of your order.
- For orders made within Singapore, you may collect your order from our RISIS Nature Gallery or RISIS Gift Gallery. Please refer to the Store Locator for location of any RISIS retail outlet in Singapore.
- For orders made outside of Singapore, collection from our retail outlets is not possible.
- Please read the section on Shipping for more information regarding overseas delivery services.
- Deliveries will be made only on working days. We apologize that there will be no deliveries made on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
